Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 at a glance: tickets, dates and venue

This page is our running file on Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027. It brings together everything that can honestly be said today about a possible Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in the French capital next year: which hall would make most sense, how Paris on-sales usually unfold, what tickets are likely to cost as a rough guide, and how to be ready for the presale. We revisit it regularly and work to one rule — we never make up a date, a venue or a price. Only what Red Hot Chili Peppers, their promoter or the official box office has announced makes it onto the page.

As things stand, no Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 show has been booked. Even so, Paris is one of the natural stops for a Rock / Funk tour of this size, and the city tends to appear early when European legs are drawn up. The single most useful thing to do right now is register further down the page: the second a Paris 2027 date is made public, an email lands in your inbox with the code and the precise opening hour. The sections below go through each part of the picture — the likely room, prices, the presale, the night itself and getting there across Paris — so that you are prepared before the crowd catches on.

A quick word on how we work. Paris has a huge live calendar, spread from the boulevard theatres of the 9th and 11th arrondissements to the big suburban arenas at Nanterre and Saint-Denis, and announcements can land in any of them. We follow those announcements, not social-media chatter, and we only change the status at the top of this page once a booking has been published by someone entitled to publish it.

Is a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Paris planned for 2027?

Not officially, not yet. No Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 date has been confirmed at the time of writing. That is perfectly normal: large Rock / Funk tours are rolled out in waves, usually one region at a time, and cities are rarely revealed all on the same morning. Paris sits among the biggest live-music markets in Europe, so when an act with the pull of Red Hot Chili Peppers heads back on the road, the capital is very often on the list. Silence today is simply how a tour gets assembled, not a sign that Paris has been left out.

When Red Hot Chili Peppers does confirm a Paris show, we refresh this page at once with the hall, the day and the full ticketing timetable. Until that happens, treat anything you read elsewhere with caution: if the artist or their official promoter has not published it, it is not settled. We would much rather print “to be confirmed” than repeat a rumour picked up on social media.

So what should you do in the meantime? Register for the alert. Paris shows by an act like Red Hot Chili Peppers can be cleared out in minutes, and the early window — the one where the good tickets disappear — is short and slips by unnoticed if nobody tells you. Once you are on the list, we write to you as soon as a Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 date surfaces, with the code and the hour the shop opens, so you are already in the queue while most people are still reading the headline.

Which Paris venue could host Red Hot Chili Peppers in 2027?

Nothing has been named, but for a headline Rock / Funk show of this sort, the front-runner for Red Hot Chili Peppers in Paris would be Accor Arena, while Zénith Paris - La Villette and L'Olympia remain realistic alternatives. What decides it is demand, the size of the touring production and which nights each building has free — the same act might pick an intimate room for a stripped-back set or a stadium for a full-scale spectacle. This is how the leading Paris options line up:

  • Accor Arena (Bercy) — the flagship 20,000-capacity arena, home to the biggest tours and to the NBA Paris Game.
  • Paris La Défense Arena — Europe’s largest indoor arena (up to 40,000), for stadium-scale shows under a roof.
  • Adidas Arena & Zénith Paris - La Villette — modern halls holding 8,000 to 9,000 people for arena tours.
  • L’Olympia, Le Bataclan & La Cigale — Paris’s legendary mid-sized concert halls.
  • Stade de France — the 80,000-seat national stadium for the very biggest nights.

Every Paris venue is on the metro or RER network: the Accor Arena at Bercy (lines 6 and 14), Paris La Défense Arena at the end of RER A and metro line 1, the Adidas Arena at Porte de la Chapelle, and the central venues just a few minutes from any major interchange. Each of these rooms has its own character. Capacity, standing versus seated layouts, the sound and how easy it is to reach all differ a great deal between Bercy, the boulevard theatres and the big suburban arenas, and that feeds directly into ticket prices and how quickly a show sells out. A huge arena means more tickets but also enormous demand; a mid-sized hall feels packed and intense but can be gone in a flash.

Wherever Red Hot Chili Peppers lands, one thing holds: heavy demand means a quick sell-out, and whoever has the release date written down in advance starts with an edge. Once the Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 hall is official, we will post it here together with the seating plan and our pointers on choosing a section.

How to buy Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 tickets

Tickets for Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 will not all appear at once. They come out in rounds, and if you know which round you qualify for, you are already ahead. For a Rock / Funk night of this calibre in Paris, the pattern rarely changes:

  • Fan presale — the very first round, normally a day to three days before tickets reach everyone, unlocked with a code mailed to people on the artist’s list. Most of the best places are sold here.
  • Partner presales — official partners such as a card issuer, a mobile network or a streaming service open early slots reserved for their customers.
  • Public on-sale — the open release on the authorised outlets used in France: Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Eventim, Fnac, or the hall’s box office itself, according to which promoter has the date.

A few habits make a real difference on the day: open your account on the official ticketing site days before the release and save your payment card there; sign in ten to fifteen minutes ahead of the start; resist hammering the refresh button, which can cost you your spot in the virtual queue; and keep a second device ready just in case. For a high-demand Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 show, every minute counts.

Put your name on the Red Hot Chili Peppers list above and the code, plus the hour the shop opens, will reach you the minute they are fixed. Buy through the official channels — for a hotly demanded Rock / Funk date, second-hand prices rise quickly, and most Paris halls now use named mobile tickets that the official resale platform transfers straight into the new buyer’s name.

Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 ticket prices: what to expect

Ticket prices are only fixed by the promoter on release day. Purely as a guide, for a headline Rock / Funk concert in a Paris arena, comparable shows have tended to fall roughly into these bands:

  • Seats in the top tier: starting near €49
  • Lower seating and the standing floor: about €74–€94
  • Front standing / premium: €104–€129
  • VIP & hospitality packages: €159+

Treat these figures as markers rather than official tariffs: the actual Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 prices will be fixed when the box office opens and will depend on the venue, the section and the type of ticket (standard, VIP or hospitality package). VIP options often bundle early entry, exclusive merchandise or a premium spot — worthwhile if you want to be as close as possible to the stage and are happy to pay the difference.

Our advice: settle on a budget before the sale starts and decide which section you are aiming for. With the countdown ticking, it is all too easy to click on something pricier than planned. Sign up and we will put the confirmed Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 price bands straight into your alert, with no guesswork in between.

One Paris-specific point: the same artist can be priced very differently depending on the room. A night in a historic hall such as L’Olympia, with its tight capacity, does not follow the same grid as a show in an arena of 20,000 at Bercy or a stadium in Saint-Denis. That is why we keep the ranges above broad and wait for the official figures before narrowing them.

Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 presale: a practical guide

The presale is the decisive moment for landing good seats at a Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 concert. Unlike the general sale, it is open to a limited audience — registered fans, fan-club members, a partner’s customers — and almost always requires a personal presale code. Without that code, the early window stays shut; with it, you can often buy before most people even realise tickets are available.

To tilt the odds your way, get on Red Hot Chili Peppers’s official mailing list, keep an eye on the artist’s social accounts and find out whether your bank, phone network or streaming service is running a partner presale. Keep the code somewhere safe and note the exact start time, time zone included: Rock / Funk presales in France often open in the morning, and the best sections can be gone within minutes.

We gather all of that in one place for you. As soon as the Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 presale is scheduled, our alert tells you which kind of presale it is, when it opens and how to get hold of the code. It costs nothing, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

A last detail that catches people out: in France the fan presale and the partner presales do not always run on the same platform, and occasionally they open on different mornings. Make sure your account is ready on each site that might be involved, so that the Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 presale does not turn into a last-minute registration exercise.

Red Hot Chili Peppers live in Paris in 2027: setlist and atmosphere

What might a Red Hot Chili Peppers night in Paris feel like in 2027? The exact setlist will only be known once the opening show of the tour has been played, so we will not publish one until then and we will not guess. One thing is safe to say: a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert is one of the most electrifying live propositions in music, mixing the big singalong favourites with songs from the most recent material.

Paris crowds have a strong reputation: they give it everything, chant the choruses back and build the kind of shared energy that turns a gig into a memory. Expect a support act first, then a main set of roughly ninety minutes to two hours depending on the production, encores included. Arrive in good time to enjoy the build-up outside the venue, pick up any merchandise and find your spot without a rush.

A few practical points: read the venue’s rules on bags and cameras, wear comfortable shoes if you are heading for the standing floor, and spot the water points and exits when you arrive. A well-prepared Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 evening is one you can enjoy from start to finish.

Travelling to Paris and where to stay for Red Hot Chili Peppers in 2027

If you are coming from outside the city — or from abroad — for Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027, plan your travel and accommodation as carefully as your ticket.

On big concert nights, public transport is packed when the venue empties, so work out your route home beforehand, check when the last metro and RER trains run, and consider waiting a few minutes inside to let the rush thin out. If you are driving in, remember that crossing the périphérique on an event night can be slow, and book a car park ahead rather than hunting for a space near the venue at the last minute.

As for a bed for the night, rooms close to the main Paris halls get snapped up on show nights and prices climb with them. Booking early — ideally as soon as the Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 date is confirmed — gives you more choice and better prices. An arrondissement with a direct metro line to the venue is often a better bet than a hotel next door that blows the budget, whether you settle on the Left Bank or the Right Bank. And while the date is not yet locked in, a refundable booking is the sensible option.

Why Red Hot Chili Peppers in Paris in 2027 is worth the journey

Catching Red Hot Chili Peppers in Paris is far more than one more date in the diary — it is one of the most electrifying live propositions in music. Parisian audiences are known for throwing themselves into a show, and the city’s venues, from the historic halls on the grands boulevards to the arenas at Bercy and La Défense, suit this sort of night perfectly. Whether it is a greatest-hits tour or a set built around the latest record, a Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 concert is one of those evenings fans build a whole year around, and the people who book early — presale ideally — tend to get the best of it.

Beyond the music, there is the experience itself: thousands of people sharing the same enthusiasm, hearing live the songs you have had on repeat, and leaving with a memory you cannot stream. That is precisely why a Red Hot Chili Peppers Paris 2027 date is so hotly sought after.

Fans of Red Hot Chili Peppers also have these Rock / Funk names on their Paris wish list for 2027 — choose one and we will watch it for you as well: Queens of the Stone Age · Indochine · AC/DC · Coldplay · Foo Fighters · Green Day · Guns N' Roses · Imagine Dragons.

Red Hot Chili Peppers and Paris: history and background

A verified history of Red Hot Chili Peppers concerts in Paris and the surrounding Île-de-France region, from the underground club of the late 1980s to the stadiums of the 21st century. Sources cross-checked: setlist.fm and the RHCP Live Archive. Only genuine public concerts are listed; studio television appearances have been deliberately left out.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Rex Club / Le Zénith, Paris (1988)

The first documented visit by the Red Hot Chili Peppers to Paris. The band played the Rex Club on 16 February 1988, then the Zénith de Paris on 25 May 1988, touring the album The Uplift Mofo Party Plan. At that point the line-up was still the original Californian core: Anthony Kiedis on vocals, Flea on bass, drummer Jack Irons and, above all, founding guitarist Hillel Slovak. Looking back, these two Paris dates carry special weight: they were among Slovak's very last European appearances before his death a few weeks later, on 25 June 1988. The quartet's raw, explosive funk-rock, still a long way from global fame, won over a niche audience in a city just discovering this sound from Los Angeles. Moving from the intimate Rex Club to the vast Zénith stage within a few months shows how quickly the band was rising on the European circuit of the late 1980s.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Élysée Montmartre, Paris (1990)

On 4 March 1990 the Red Hot Chili Peppers took over the Élysée Montmartre, the legendary venue in the 18th arrondissement, on the Mother's Milk tour. This was a turning-point show: the band had rebuilt itself after the death of Hillel Slovak, bringing in the young virtuoso guitarist John Frusciante and drummer Chad Smith alongside Kiedis and Flea. It was this chemistry that would turn them into legends. Mother's Milk, driven by the Stevie Wonder cover « Higher Ground » and by « Knock Me Down », gave the Paris crowd a mix of muscular funk and blazing rock. With its frenzied atmosphere and still modest capacity, the Élysée Montmartre was the perfect setting for the band's unrestrained stage energy, famous for shirtless performances and instrumental flights. The gig belongs to the pre-fame era, just before the worldwide explosion of Blood Sugar Sex Magik, and remains a treasured milestone for early fans.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Le Zénith, Paris (1992)

On 16 February 1992 the Red Hot Chili Peppers returned to the Zénith de Paris on the Blood Sugar Sex Magik tour, the album that sent them to the top worldwide. Produced by Rick Rubin, the 1991 record contains the timeless hits « Give It Away », « Suck My Kiss » and, above all, the ballad « Under the Bridge », which opened the doors of the biggest venues to the band. In Paris, the Kiedis-Flea-Frusciante-Smith quartet was then delivering one of the most memorable tours of its history, at a moment when the creative bond between the musicians was at its peak. This February 1992 show came during an intense period in which the pressure of success was already weighing heavily on the young John Frusciante, who would abruptly quit the band a few months later, in the middle of a tour of Japan. The Zénith date therefore captures one of the last great moments of that line-up before the split, with a French audience won over by the unique fusion of funk, punk and melody that had become the band's trademark.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Le Zénith, Paris (1995)

On 18 October 1995 the Red Hot Chili Peppers came back to the Zénith de Paris on the One Hot Minute tour. The context was unusual: after John Frusciante's departure, former Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro had joined the band. One Hot Minute, darker and tinged with hard rock, broke with its predecessors and split part of the fanbase, but it delivered standout tracks such as « Aeroplane », « My Friends » and « Warped ». The Paris setlist mixed this new material with the essential classics (« Give It Away », « Suck My Kiss », « Under the Bridge », « Higher Ground »), showing the band's ability to combine heritage and renewal. Navarro's flamboyant, saturated playing gave the songs a fresh colour, while Flea and Chad Smith kept up the relentless rhythm section that defines the band. The Navarro period, fairly short, remains a one-off chapter in the band's catalogue, and this 1995 Zénith show is one of its rare verified live documents in France.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, Paris (1996)

On 9 July 1996 the Red Hot Chili Peppers crossed a symbolic threshold by playing the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy (POPB), one of the city's biggest venues, for the first time. The show extended the One Hot Minute tour, still with Dave Navarro on guitar alongside Kiedis, Flea and Chad Smith. Playing Bercy confirmed the band's headline status in France: after the clubs and the Zénith, the Californians were now filling arenas. The setlist alternated One Hot Minute tracks with the by-now cult repertoire of the earlier albums, in an electric atmosphere fuelled by the hall's sheer sound. This 1996 date also marked the end of a cycle: the Navarro era was drawing to a close amid internal tension and creative difficulties. Bercy would go on to become one of the band's regular Paris stops over the following decades, but this July 1996 concert was the opening act, at a time of transition for the group.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Élysée Montmartre / Le Zénith / Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, Paris (1999)

1999 was a pivotal and particularly busy year in Paris for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, defined by John Frusciante's big comeback and the triumphant album Californication. The band first played the Élysée Montmartre on 8 June, an intimate setting to match the record's release, then the Zénith de Paris on 26 August, and finally the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy on 16 November. That climb through the venues reflects the commercial tidal wave of Californication, carried by « Scar Tissue », « Otherside », « Around the World » and the title track. Frusciante's return, after years in the wilderness, brought back an emotion and melodic depth that transformed the band. The 1999 Paris shows bear witness to that artistic rebirth: the Kiedis-Flea-Frusciante-Smith quartet rediscovered its legendary chemistry and delivered one inspired performance after another. Going from the Montmartre club to the Bercy arena in a few months sums up the scale of the comeback, making 1999 one of the most remarkable years in the band's Paris history.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Olympia, Paris (2002)

On 4 June 2002 the Red Hot Chili Peppers gave a rare and prestigious concert at the Olympia in Paris, the iconic hall on the boulevard des Capucines. This intimate performance came ahead of the release of By the Way (July 2002) and took the form of a reduced-capacity show filmed for television. In front of a small, privileged audience, the Kiedis-Flea-Frusciante-Smith quartet previewed several songs from the forthcoming record, including « By the Way » and « Universally Speaking », interwoven with classics such as « Scar Tissue », « Otherside », « Californication » and « Give It Away ». The compact Olympia format contrasted with the usual arenas and highlighted the melodic finesse of the Frusciante era, then at the height of its inspiration. The concert is a prized item for collectors and fans alike, both for its rarity and for its video recording. It heralded the By the Way cycle, more melodic and pop than the previous albums, which would win over French audiences once again.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, Paris (2003)

On 12 and 13 February 2003 the Red Hot Chili Peppers played two sold-out nights in a row at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, part of the huge By the Way world tour. The album, released in summer 2002, marked a shift towards richer vocal harmonies and more melodic songwriting, largely inspired by John Frusciante. The Paris setlists combined the new headline tracks — « By the Way », « Can't Stop », « The Zephyr Song », « Universally Speaking » — with staples « Scar Tissue », « Around the World », « Otherside » and « Under the Bridge ». This Bercy double confirmed the band's superstar standing in France, able to fill the Paris arena twice over. The By the Way tour is known for its balance between raw energy and calmer moments, as well as for the trademark improvisations and jams that opened each show. Those February 2003 nights rank among the band's most sought-after Paris dates, in front of packed halls and a particularly passionate crowd.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Parc des Princes, Paris (2004)

On 15 June 2004 the Red Hot Chili Peppers took over the Parc des Princes, the legendary ground in south-west Paris, for the first time, for a concert on a very large scale. This open-air date, in the wake of the By the Way tour, confirmed the band's move to stadium format in France. The setlist showed the quartet's taste for long improvisations and surprises: the show opened with an instrumental jam, went into « Can't Stop » and « Around the World », and held some unusual moments such as the world premiere of « Rolling Sly Stone » and unexpected covers. The core of the repertoire — « Scar Tissue », « By the Way », « Otherside », « Californication », « Under the Bridge », « Give It Away » — set the tens of thousands of fans alight. The Kiedis-Flea-Frusciante-Smith line-up, at the peak of its popularity, showed all the generosity on stage it is famous for. This Parc des Princes show stands as one of the band's great summer gigs in Paris and foreshadowed the stadium shows to come.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at La Cigale / Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, Paris (2006)

2006 brought the Red Hot Chili Peppers back to Paris in triumph with the double album Stadium Arcadium, one of the most ambitious of their career. The band first played an intimate warm-up show at La Cigale on 20 April, a human-scale venue in the 18th arrondissement, before two nights at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy on 8 and 9 June. The contrast between club and arena sums up the band's approach: test the new material in a small room before the big dates. Stadium Arcadium, driven by « Dani California », « Snow (Hey Oh) » and « Tell Me Baby », took the Kiedis-Flea-Frusciante-Smith line-up to a new peak of success, crowned by several awards. The two sold-out Bercy nights gave Paris generous setlists blending recent hits with classics and the improvisations Frusciante and Flea are known for. 2006 marks the creative high point of the second Frusciante era, before his second departure in 2009, and remains a reference for the band's French fans.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Parc des Princes, Paris (2007)

On 6 July 2007 the Red Hot Chili Peppers returned to the Parc des Princes to close the European leg of their massive Stadium Arcadium World Tour in style. This open-air concert, in front of a huge crowd, was the culmination of one of the longest and most successful tours in the band's history. Still led by the Kiedis-Flea-Frusciante-Smith quartet, the band ran through an XXL repertoire drawn from the double album Stadium Arcadium (« Dani California », « Snow (Hey Oh) », « Can't Stop ») and from its full set of classics (« Scar Tissue », « Californication », « Under the Bridge », « Give It Away »). John Frusciante's virtuosity, on what was then his last major tour with the band before leaving in 2009, lit up this Paris show in particular. The Parc des Princes concert is one of the band's live high points in France, at a time when it dominated the global rock scene. It closed an exceptional cycle before several years of pause and reshuffling for the Californian group.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy / La Cigale, Paris (2011)

2011 saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers back in Paris after a long break and another upheaval: John Frusciante had left and guitarist Josh Klinghoffer had arrived, for the album I'm with You. The band played two nights at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy on 18 and 19 October, then a more intimate charity show at La Cigale on 19 December. This double presence, between a big arena and a historic hall, shows the band's wish to reconnect with its French audience while presenting its new line-up. I'm with You, led by « The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie » and « Monarchy of Roses », marked a sonic shift, with Klinghoffer's youth and style giving the songs a different colour. The Paris concerts mixed the new material with the expected big classics, in a mood of reunion. 2011 opened the Klinghoffer era, which would last nearly a decade, and proved the loyalty of Paris audiences to a band able to reinvent itself despite line-up changes.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Stade de France, Paris (2012)

On 30 June 2012 the Red Hot Chili Peppers reached a major milestone in their Paris story by playing the Stade de France in Saint-Denis for the first time, on the I'm with You World Tour. Playing the country's largest stadium, with room for more than 80,000 spectators, confirmed the band's status as a giant of world rock. The Kiedis-Flea-Chad Smith line-up, now joined by guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, delivered a show on a very large scale, pairing tracks from I'm with You with the essential anthems « Can't Stop », « Californication », « By the Way », « Under the Bridge » and « Give It Away ». As so often, the concert opened with an improvised jam, the band's signature. This 2012 Stade de France show proved the quartet could fill France's biggest venues even after Frusciante's departure, backed by a huge fanbase. It paved the way for future stadium dates, including the spectacular return of 2022.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at AccorHotels Arena, Paris (2016)

In October 2016 the Red Hot Chili Peppers came back to Paris in force with three concerts at the AccorHotels Arena (formerly Bercy, renovated and renamed) on 15, 16 and 18 October, on The Getaway World Tour. This sold-out triple confirmed the band's huge popularity in France, able to play three nights in the city's big arena. The Getaway, produced by Danger Mouse, brought a more polished sound with tracks such as « Dark Necessities » and « Go Robot », performed alongside the classics. The Kiedis-Flea-Chad Smith-Josh Klinghoffer line-up varied its setlists from night to night, true to its reputation for never playing exactly the same show twice. The staging, with its lighting effects and moving vertical tubes suspended above the stage, made a strong impression. This 2016 residency stands out as one of the great moments of the Klinghoffer era and confirmed Bercy as the band's Paris stronghold.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Hippodrome de Longchamp (Lollapalooza Paris), Paris (2017)

On 23 July 2017 the Red Hot Chili Peppers were among the headliners of the first Paris edition of Lollapalooza, held at the Hippodrome de Longchamp in the Bois de Boulogne. The appearance extended the tour for The Getaway and placed the band at the heart of this big festival imported from the United States. In front of an enormous open-air crowd, the Kiedis-Flea-Chad Smith-Josh Klinghoffer line-up played a condensed but explosive set, alternating recent tracks (« Dark Necessities », « Go Robot ») with timeless anthems (« Can't Stop », « Californication », « By the Way », « Under the Bridge », « Give It Away »). The festival format, with its broader and more varied audience, showcased the unifying power of the band's songbook. This Longchamp performance illustrates how regularly the Red Hot Chili Peppers appear on France's big stages, indoors and at festivals alike. It was also one of the last Paris appearances of the Klinghoffer era before John Frusciante's return and the band's spectacular revival in the early 2020s.

Red Hot Chili Peppers at Stade de France, Paris (2022)

On 8 and 9 July 2022 the Red Hot Chili Peppers reached one of the peaks of their Paris history with two concerts at the Stade de France, on the Global Stadium Tour supporting the album Unlimited Love. Anticipation was all the higher because it celebrated John Frusciante's return on guitar alongside Kiedis, Flea and Chad Smith, reuniting the legendary line-up. Demand was so strong that the first date, sold out in record time, led to a second night being added. On stage, the quartet presented the new songs « Black Summer » and « These Are the Ways » alongside a selection of classics (« Can't Stop », « Californication », « Under the Bridge », « Give It Away »), with the band's trademark improvisations and jams. The Paris bill featured high-profile guests, notably Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals and Thundercat as support. These two Stade de France nights confirmed the historic line-up's return to the top and remain the band's most memorable Paris concerts of the decade.

Given that history on Paris stages, a Red Hot Chili Peppers return in 2027 would be hugely anticipated. Switch on the free alert to hear if and when a date is announced.
